Role Summary:

As a Bowling and Gaming Mechanic, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of games, bowling equipment, and mechanical systems within our Family Entertainment Center (FEC). Your responsibilities will include equipment setup, troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in our entertainment areas.

Responsibilities:

Bowling Maintenance:

Set up, calibrate, and adjust bowling lanes, and troubleshoot pinsetters and ball return systems.Perform timely repairs to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.Conduct preventive maintenance and keep all bowling and gaming equipment clean.Amusement Attraction Equipment Inspection and Maintenance:

Rock Climbing Walls: Inspect climbing holds, safety harnesses, and auto-belay systems for safety compliance.Ropes Courses: Regularly inspect ropes, platforms, and safety nets, addressing any wear or hazards.Laser Tag Systems: Maintain laser guns, vests, and arena components, troubleshooting any technical issues.Work alongside management to solve mechanical challenges for attractions.Arcade Games Management:

Repair arcade games, kiosks, card readers, and other entertainment systems, ensuring optimal functionality.Inspect game cabinets and wiring for wear and damage to uphold high standards of safety and performance.Monitor game performance and popularity to optimize placement and offer assistance to guests.General Responsibilities:

Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.Ensure adherence to safety protocols during inspections and repairs.Assist with a variety of facility maintenance tasks as needed.Requirements:

Previous experience with bowling alley maintenance, arcade game repair, or related mechanical roles preferred.Familiarity with bowling systems, amusement attractions, and related equipment.Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical and Environmental Requirements:

Frequent bending, kneeling, or lifting up to 50 lbs.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in various work environments.Exposure to moderate to high noise levels.Benefits Available:
