Casting "Blue Collar Blues," a queer short drama/romance set across Brooklyn's construction sites, bars, and nightlife. Synopsis: Oscar is a construction worker who becomes romantically entangled with his coworker Gordon, whom he meets at a new job site. An instant spark and attraction bring them together, and the two enjoy a hedonistic night out, leading to an accidental encounter with Gordon’s wife, Angelina, which ignites an explosive response in Gordon. This film is an MFA thesis of Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema (Brooklyn College/CUNY). This is a queer-led production committed to a safe, affirming set where consent is ongoing and every cast member's boundaries are respected at every stage.
