Beverage Server

As a Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the movie-going experience for our Guests. The essential duties for the Beverage Server role include, but are not limited to, the following: Greet Guests promptly and with a smile.Maintain thorough knowledge of bar and menu items to create memorable Guest experiences.Record food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.Manage all transactions on your assigned register, ensuring accuracy and security.Verify identification to confirm Guests are of legal drinking age for all alcohol sales.Ensure that alcohol is consumed only in designated areas.Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales.Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food orders.Keep high-contact areas clean and sanitized.Use Personal Protective Equipment appropriately for your tasks.Adapt to the cleaning tasks as required by the flow of service.Monitor safety and security issues, reporting any concerns to management.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old, or 21 in certain states, to serve alcohol.Complete food handling training and obtain local or state mandated certifications, health cards, or food handlers permits.Completion of a Safe Alcohol Service training program is required for Team Members who work with alcohol.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Regular and consistent attendance is essential.Must display an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.Deliver excellent Guest service consistently.Accurate cash handling skills and basic math proficiency are required.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.Able to work well both in a team and independently.Ability to take and follow direction effectively.Respond with urgency to Guest needs.Physical and Environmental Requirements: Cinemark reserves the right to change or terminate the job description at any time.
