With an emphasis on guest interaction, the bartender contributes significantly to the enjoyment and satisfaction of moviegoers, playing a key role in the overall theater experience. • Must be at least 21 years of age • Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required • Completion of a safe alcohol service training program • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Requires regular and consistent attendance • Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift • Provides excellent guest service • Accurate cash handling and basic math skills • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English with all ages, genders, and personalities • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to take and follow direction • Responds with a sense of urgency
