You will provide superior guest service while maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment as a member of the Marcus Theatres Food and Beverage team. Associates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation;Prepare beverages for our guests;Attend to guests and provide an excellent guest experience by interacting with guests, being attentive, taking orders and serving food and drinks;Follow company food safety policies, as well as those of local regulatory agencies;Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items;Assess guests' needs and preferences to make recommendations;Verify that guests who purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age;Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar;Clean and sanitize all areas in the bar and lounge area for guests and associates;Monitor and communicate social distancing guidelines*The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the principal and essential functions of the position and shall not be construed as the only duties that may be assigned for the position.
