This position can vary from variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular to full-time hourly employment, depending on the theater's needs and employee availability. • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to all state and local laws • complete all applicable training and obtain required permits and licenses • maintain regular and consistent attendance • follow all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol • ensure alcohol certification and training are current • knowledge of all company policies and programs including promotions and Crown Club Program • ability to operate, prepare and clean related equipment • comply with safety and food laws • completion or progress towards cast certification program • required to read and understand training materials on sexual harassment and discrimination • physically able to perform job duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 60 pounds • adhere to dress code • abide by all federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
