Backend Engineer

About the RoleRegal is seeking a Backend Engineer to help build and maintain the systems that power our consumer-facing digital products, ticketing, ordering, loyalty, payments, and mobile experiences used by millions of moviegoers across the country.This is a backend-focused role. You will spend the majority of your time designing and building APIs, services, and data systems in .NET and C#. You won't be expected to own the front end, but you will collaborate closely with front-end engineers and should be comfortable contributing to a React or Next.js codebase when the work calls for it.You'll join a team that is actively modernizing its engineering culture, moving toward full-stack collaboration, shared ownership, and a more deliberate engineering practice. This isn't a siloed specialist role. You'll be expected to communicate openly, work across disciplines, and care about what you ship.
