Diamond Garage specializes in premium automotive window tint and paint protection film in Las Vegas.

We recently opened our second location near Tropicana Avenue and Decatur Boulevard, and we’re hiring an experienced Automotive Salesperson to lead sales at this location.

You’ll be joining an established sales team with all leads provided, proven sales processes, training, and ongoing support. While you’ll have the full backing of the team, you’ll be responsible for managing the leads, customer experience, and sales performance for your location.

This is a high-volume position with the expectation to manage and close approximately $100,000–$200,000 in monthly revenue. You’ll earn 5% commission on every job you close, including tint, PPF and ceramic coatings.

What the Role Looks Like

This is a full-time, customer-facing role that combines sales, communication, and customer service. You’ll manage incoming leads, provide quotes, close jobs, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the installation team to keep the location running smoothly.

We provide all the leads and sales support, you’ll be responsible for following up consistently, building value, and converting those opportunities into booked appointments.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing company-provided leads through calls, texts, emails, and in-person conversationsFollowing up consistently to convert inquiries into booked appointmentsEducating customers on tint, PPF and ceramic coating optionsRecommending packages based on each customer’s vehicle, goals, and budgetProviding accurate quotes and confidently handling customer questions and objectionsScheduling installations and communicating appointment detailsCollecting final paymentsManaging the front-end customer experience at your assigned locationCoordinating with the installation team to manage the daily schedule and customer expectationsTaking ownership of approximately $100,000–$200,000 in monthly location revenueWhat We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a motivated sales professional who communicates clearly, follows up consistently, and takes ownership of their results. You should be comfortable managing a high volume of opportunities while providing every customer with a polished, premium experience.

3+ years of sales experience; automotive experience is preferred but not requiredProven ability to manage leads and close high-ticket servicesComfortable being accountable for monthly sales and revenue goalsStrong verbal and written communication skillsConfident speaking with customers in person and over the phoneOrganized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-upAvailable full-time, including weekends, five days per weekMonday and Tuesday will be your scheduled days offInterested in long-term growth as Diamond Garage continues to expandWhat You’ll Get
