We’re looking for a skilled installer who takes the same pride in their craft.

What You’ll Do

Paint Protection Film (PPF)

Install PPF on full fronts, full bodies, track packages, and partial coverage areasWrap edges and tuck film for a seamless, nearly invisible finishInstall PPF on headlights, rocker panels, door cups, and high-impact areasInstall matte/satin (stealth) and colored PPFRemove old or damaged PPF and clean adhesive residueWindow Tint

Install automotive tint on side windows, rear windows, and sunroofsInstall windshield strips and full windshield filmHeat shrink and form film on curved rear glassRemove old tint and clean glass and defroster linesAdvise customers on tint shades and legal limitsVinyl Wrap

Install full color change wraps and partial wrapsComplete chrome deletes, roof wraps, mirror caps, and accent piecesWrap interior trim pieces as neededRemove old vinyl and adhesive without damaging paintAdditional Services (when film work is slow)

Starlight Headliners: Remove headliners, install fiber optic star lights, and reinstall cleanlyAmbient Lighting: Install interior ambient LED lighting, run wiring, and connect to the vehicle’s electrical systemCeramic Coating: Paint correction prep, polish, and apply ceramic coatings to paint, wheels, glass, and trimICON Rocklear: Prep and apply ICON Rocklear protective coatingVehicle Prep & Disassembly

Wash, decontaminate, and clay vehicles before installRemove and reinstall badges, emblems, door handles, lights, panels, and trimInspect paint and interior condition and note existing damage before work beginsKeep track of all removed parts and hardwarePattern Cutting & Plotting

Plot and cut patterns using pattern softwareHand-cut and bulk install when patterns aren’t availableManage film inventory and minimize wasteQuality Control & Delivery

Inspect finished work for lift, bubbles, dust, stretch marks, and high spotsFix any issues before the vehicle goes back to the customerWalk customers through aftercare instructionsTake before-and-after photos for the shop’s portfolio and social mediaShop & Team

Keep install bays clean, organized, and dust-freeMaintain tools, squeegees, blades, heat guns, and polishersHelp train newer installers as you grow with the companyWhat We’re Looking For

1+ years of hands-on film installation experience (PPF, vinyl wrap, and/or window tint) requiredStrong attention to detail and patience on high-end and luxury vehiclesAble to work efficiently while keeping quality highWilling to learn starlight headliners, ambient lighting, and coatings (we’ll train you)Reliable and on timeValid driver’s licenseCertifications are a plusWhat We Offer
