What You'll Do

Install Paint Protection Film (PPF)
OR
Install automotive Window Tint
Maintain a clean, organized work environment
Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
Perform quality inspections before vehicle delivery
Occasionally assist with detailing, ceramic coatings, or paint correction as needed when film is slower.
Help improve shop systems and contribute to a positive team culture

What We're Looking ForRequired

Minimum 2 years of professional PPF installation experience
Strong automotive Window Tint installation skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Professional appearance
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

Compensation & Benefits

$20–25/hour based on experience
Tips average $3–5/hour in addition to hourly pay

Pay: $25.65 - $28.28 per hour
