Work closely with the Backyard Box Office event coordination team to ensure seamless execution of events.Communicate effectively with team members to keep events on track and address any concerns.Qualifications: Minimum of one year of experience working with audiovisual equipment.Previous experience in a live event setting is preferred.Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.You MUST be available nights and weekends after 4pm.Skills: Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills and familiarity with AV equipment, including projectors, speakers, and microphones.Troubleshooting: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues under pressure.Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting 50 to 80 pounds on a consistent basis and comfortable standing, walking, and navigating tight spaces during events.Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.Organization: Highly organized with attention to detail, ensuring all equipment is methodically sorted, stored, and maintained.Reliable: Must be reliable and show up on time for events, meetings, etc.Preferred: This role offers the opportunity to be a part of the Backyard Box Office team, dedicated to creating memorable outdoor events.
