El Rancho Drive-In is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will be cross-trained to perform the duties in all the departments of the location as you may be expected to provide coverage for employee breaks. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience in a customer service driven industry, preferably in restaurant and/or hospitality. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
