Assistant Manager - Movie Theater - up to $23.00

Consistently create a welcoming environment for guests by greeting, anticipating needs, exceeding expectations and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional service.Be the definition of a “servant leader” and assist with training and development of staff by leading by example and exemplifying a positive demeanor.Supervise, motivate, and coach staff to sustain exceptional levels of performance and appropriately counsel staff when they are not meeting expectations.Perform daily opening and closing, operational and administrative duties.Ensure facility is clean, safe, and in good repair. Must be able to perform minor repairs around the theater and troubleshoot and perform minor repairs of equipment.Understand and demonstrate the desired behaviors for all staff duties including driving sales, cash management, inventory, and follow-up with guests.Follow required company procedures in the event of a guest or associate incident.Learn and enforce cash handling procedures. Stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend on a frequent basis.Ability to work late nights, weekends and holidays.Proficient knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn and operate a Point of Sale (POS) system.Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.High School graduate and at least 18 years of age.Ability to train others.Ability to work independently.Accurate cash handling and mathematics skills.Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance and adhere to the employee schedule.Our Culture Drivers License (Required)Location: Day Shift (Required)Night Shift (Required)Ability to Commute:
