Position requirements: ● Must be 18 years of age or older with thorough knowledge and ability to complete job responsibilities of Usher, Dual, and Team Lead ● Ability to self lead and prioritize building tasks that need completed from cleaning and sanitation to movie presentation, concessions and concession inventory ● Responsible and approachable manager whom employees can trust and go to in the absence of the General Manager being available ● Managing employees by supporting hiring, leading training, 1-1 engagement meetings, and supporting discipline ● Supporting smooth business operations including all related duties for opening and closing the cinema ● Flexibility to take on additional delegated responsibilities by the GM ● Willingness and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays ● Lift up to 40 pounds and maintain balance while carrying heavy and odd-shaped objects
