Role Summary:

The Assistant Manager for Janitorial/Facilities plays a vital role in assisting the Janitorial/Facilities Manager by ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and safe environment for our guests and staff alike.

Responsibilities:

Support the Janitorial/Facilities Manager in overseeing daily janitorial and maintenance activities.Supervise janitorial staff, including scheduling, training, and monitoring performance.Ensure compliance with all cleaning protocols and schedules for the highest cleanliness standards.Conduct regular inspections of the venue to proactively address any maintenance and cleanliness concerns.Assist in managing the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order additional supplies as needed.Coordinate with external vendors for any maintenance and repair needs.Respond swiftly to guest inquiries or issues regarding cleanliness and facility conditions.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and incident reports.Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of relevant experience in janitorial or facilities management.Solid understanding of cleaning procedures, maintenance practices, and health & safety regulations.Capability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.Willingness to work during flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical and Environmental Requirements:

Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.Regular standing, walking, and reaching around the facility.Moderate to high noise levels at times.Ability to stand for extended periods of time.Benefits Available:
