Touchstar Cinemas, a premier dine-in theater, offers an elevated movie experience with in-seat dining, premium wines, and handcrafted cocktails. We’re hiring an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to help oversee operations and ensure exceptional service for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure excellent guest service and handle concerns professionallySupervise daily operations and maintain proper staffing levelsTrain and motivate staff to follow company standardsManage concession and supply inventory, placing orders as neededAssist with cash handling, banking, and financial complianceQualifications:
Strong leadership and communication skillsPrior management experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment preferredAble to work 45-50 hours/week, including nights, weekends, and holidaysFlexible with 10–12 hour shifts, can stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.ServSafe certified or ability to pass Manager-level testValid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (must remain on-site)Must pass a Background CheckHow to Apply:
