The Position: Assistant General Manager The role of the Assistant General Manager is to oversee the theater in every aspect through a team of functional managers and supervisors just as the General Manager does. Assist General Manager with administrative duties.Assist General Manager in the operations of both RoadHouse and Roadies.Act in place of the GM, should GM be unavailable.Support managers in maintaining effective guest relations.Assist with all reporting and record keeping.Coach floor and department managers and hold them accountable; being present on the floor for managing and coaching on a daily basis and on weekend primes.Ensure quality is maintained including service, food and beverage quality, maintenance and cleanliness.Maintain organization and maintenance, overseeing managers in effective labor scheduling of departments, working to keep quality for controlling cost.Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance reviews.Participate in employee discipline and terminations to ensure fairness and proper policy and procedure adherence.Other duties as assignedMust have the following qualifications
