Assist the Theatre General Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy.Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met.Supervise and motivate staff.Interpersonal and mediation skills.Communicate with guests and evaluate their needs and specifications.Assist in hiring, training, and maintaining employee records.Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines.Cleaning.You will likely find yourself doing a wide variety of tasks each time you work.
