The Coordinator, Archives and Digital Assets, is charged with tracking and processing a wide variety of archival content, including ingesting digital assets into the Institute's digital asset management system, updating archive records, and inventory of assets. Additionally, the Coordinator is the primary point of contact for fielding incoming archives requests. • Acquiring, organizing, and preparing large quantities of photos and videos to ingest into the digital asset management system, includes making selects, adding required metadata, keywords/tagging, and rights-management data. • Working knowledge of a variety of media formats and experience working with large quantities of media files preferred. • Accurately process incoming and archival content.
