Architectural Window Film Technician

About the Role:

Better View Tinting is looking for a skilled flat glass installer to join our residential and commercial team. We work with XPEL solar film, turf protection film, decorative, security, 4 mil tempered, cloaking, and Smart Tint films. Most of our work is solar or decorative. At this point in time there's not a whole lot of security film. We do not tint any vehicles, or heavy equipment. We don't tint ski/wake boats, but we do the occasional house boat.

If you're currently an experienced window tinter looking for a happier, friendlier environment, this is the place for you. We treat our employees with respect and actually mean it. We try our best to accommodate varying circumstances. For instance, if you have to take a day off but still want your hours, we can schedule you for a weekend day to make up the time. If you'd rather work longer hours Monday through Thursday for a short Friday, you're welcome to do so. We're at the mercy of our customers, deadlines, and schedules, so sometimes we can't make it work. When there is flexibility, we always try to do what's best for our employees.
