Job Summary The Anchorage International Film Festival (AIFF) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Festival Coordinator to support the Festival Directors and Board of Directors in the planning and execution of the annual film festival that takes place for 10 days in the beginning of December. The Festival Coordinator serves as a key operational support role and liaison, acting as a conduit between the festival and participating filmmakers, venue operators, sponsors, and the community. • Assist with coordination of filmmaker travel, accommodations, and availability and track filmmaker reimbursements. Program & Asset Coordination • Work with Festival Directors to compile and organize materials for: • Festival program • Website listings • Online platforms • Social media channels • Proofread and verify film descriptions and festival materials for accuracy. • Provide general support as needed during festival planning and execution.
