If you're ready to help define what comes next, we'd love to meet you.Position Summary:AGBO is seeking a Senior Cinematic Layout Artist to help bring our in-game cinematics to life with strong staging, camera work, and visual storytelling. In this role, you'll take narrative beats and previs direction and translate them into polished, emotionally resonant scenes using Unreal Engine's Sequencer. You'll work closely with animation, lighting, and narrative teams to ensure every shot serves the story and meets AAA production standards.Key Responsibilities:Build and refine cinematic sequences in Unreal Engine using Sequencer, establishing shot composition, camera blocking, and pacingTranslate previs, storyboards, and narrative direction into polished in-engine cinematic layoutsFrame and animate cameras to support storytelling intent, emotional beats, and gameplay contextCollaborate with animators, lighting artists, and designers to ensure cohesive scene compositionApply a strong eye for lighting, blocking, and detail to elevate the visual quality of each cinematicUnderstand Blueprints at a general level to support cinematic setup, triggers, and sequence logicIterate on shots based on director and creative feedback across multiple review passesMaintain consistency in cinematic quality and pacing across the projectQualifications & Skills:Strong hands-on experience with Unreal Engine, particularly SequencerProven experience working on cinematic animation for video gamesGeneral working knowledge of BlueprintsSolid understanding of camera framing, composition, and cinematic languageA strong eye for lighting, staging and visual detailAbility to take direction and iterate quickly across multiple feedback roundsStrong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with animation and narrative teamsPortfolio demonstrating cinematic layout, camera work, or in-game cinematic sequencesAdditional Information:Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.AGBO Labs LLC is committed to operating fair and unbiased recruitment procedures allowing all applicants an equal opportunity for employment, free from discrimination on the basis of religion, race, sex, age, sexual orientation, disability, color, ethnic or national origin or any other classification as may be protected by applicable law.
