Collaborate with the Development Representatives to help the Executive Director meet with key JFP donors and ensure they have the giving donor profile and background information needed for an effective meeting. Schedule all domestic and international travel for the Executive Director as requested including flights, lodging, ground transportation, country visas, etc. Ensure completion of group travel sheet for crisis management, group SOS form, and international form for international ET F2F meetings.
