Swank Motion Pictures, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Representative to join our corporate office in Sunset Hills, MO. Responsibilities: 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related finance rolesPrior experience with accounting software or ERP systems (AS400, NetSuite) is a plusStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordExperience with 10-key data entryAbility to handle a high volume of work and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalHigh level of accuracy in processing payments, invoicing, and account reconciliationAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical skills to research and resolve disputes or issues in a timely manner
