Arts Instructors Needed!
City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department
Totally Cool Totally Art, a nationally recognized, award winning art outreach program seeks Art Instructors.
Culinary Arts, Visual Arts (painting, digital art, sculpture, mixed-media) Film/ needed to provide hands-on art workshops for teens Monday-Thursday evenings at local recreation facilities during the school year. $22/hour
20 hrs per wk. mon-thurs no weekends
Qualifications:
College degree in progress with course work in a related arts field.
a BA / BFA or higher in fine arts related degree program or comparable work experience in the arts is preferred.
Experience with at-risk youth programs valuable.
Must be available October – May.
Must have transportation to haul art supplies.
