We're looking for someone who can help us maintain a cohesive and efficient set while fostering a creative atmosphere. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the shoot schedule, coordinate departmental activities, and ensure the production runs smoothly and on time. We need a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate challenges and keep us on track. You will be working closely with me, the Director, to translate our vision into a practical shooting plan. Candidates should have at least two independent feature film 1st AD credits and a strong understanding of set logistics for union and non-union talent, though this is a non-union production.
